Lorien Elkridge is looking to hire a Porter / Floor Tech to join our existing cleaning staff. As a Floor Technician, you are a vital part of our Environmental Services team, providing daily care to our building all while making sure our residents live in an clean and safe environment.

Part Time Schedule:  6:30 am - 2:30 pm (2 to 3 days/week)

(every other weekend)

• Provide daily floor care services
• Clean common areas- bathrooms, lobby, and additional shared spaces
• Gather and take out garbage
• Restock supplies and put away inventory orders
• Utilize equipment to scrub and polish flooring, as well as shampoo carpets
• Adhere to strict safety & health requirements
• Trash collection
