Lorien Elkridge is seeking a Painter / Maintenance Tech to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll support and complete project work throughout the community, helping us maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-kept environment for our residents, families, and staff.

 

This is a PRN position offering flexibility while providing the opportunity to contribute your skills and craftsmanship to our community.

Responsibilities

  • Perform painting, patching, and finishing work on walls, doors, and other surfaces.
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.

  • Support project work and improvements throughout the building and grounds.

  • Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept safe, clean, and organized.

  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Previous painting or maintenance experience required.

  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

  • Ability to work independently and with a team.

  • Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general repair practices.

  • Flexibility to work a PRN schedule based on community needs.
