Position:  Business Office Assistant | Part Time

This part-time role is an excellent fit for someone who is semi-retired and looking to stay engaged in a similar professional field.

 

Part Time Benefits

Responsibilities

The business office assistant focuses primarily on

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Credit Card, logging and reconciling
  • Maintenance of W9 Forms
  • Maintenance of facility licensing

Qualifications

Part Time Hours - 2 days / week = 14 hours
