The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in supporting the care of our patients by performing proper and safe maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the building and its surfaces, both interior and exterior.
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

What You’ll Do: 🛠️
Complete work and repair orders accurately and in a timely manner
Perform routine preventive maintenance inside and outside the facility
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as needed
Apply carpentry skills when necessary (preferred)
Use maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively
Troubleshoot and perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks
Demonstrate strong HVAC knowledge or hold relevant certification
Handle physically demanding tasks as required
Bring previous maintenance or related experience to support daily operations
