Lorien Mount Airy is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician to join our existing team! 🛠️
Our Maintenance Tech plays an important role in supporting the care and comfort of our patients by ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment throughout the community.
$18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Same Day Pay for all employees
PTO: 40 hours vacation

Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely and efficient manner
Perform routine preventive maintenance both inside and outside the building
Oversee and coordinate work performed by outside contractors, as needed
Carpentry experience preferred
Previous experience in maintenance or related fields required
Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment, and safety procedures
Strong HVAC knowledge or certification preferred
Ability to handle a physical workload, including lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing
Experience with plumbing, painting, and basic electrical work
