Pay Rate

💰 $17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Full‑Time Benefits Package

Responsibilities

🧠💙 Memory Care Activities Assistant – What You’ll Do

  • 🤝 Provide daily care, guidance, and emotional support to memory care residents in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
  • 🗓️ Follow and implement the monthly activities calendar, adapting programs as needed to meet resident needs
  • 🎨🎶 Deliver life‑enrichment experiences for residents with varying physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
  • 🎉 Facilitate a wide range of engaging activities, including games, live performers, themed celebrations, crafts, discussion groups, and more
  • 👥 Work with residents in individual and group settings to encourage participation, connection, and socialization
  • 💛 Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life through compassionate, person‑centered interactions
  • 🤍 Collaborate with the care team to support residents’ individual interests, abilities, and care plans

 

Qualifications

  • Full-Time & Part-Time 
  • Schedule: Days, Evenings, Nights  
  • 1 year Memory Care experience a plus!
