Respiratory Therapist (RT) – What You’ll Do

• 🏥 Provide high‑quality respiratory care to residents in a long‑term care (LTC) setting
• 📌 Bring 2+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience, preferably in LTC
• 🧠 Work independently and efficiently, managing treatments and priorities with confidence
• 🪥 Perform oral care to support airway management, comfort, and infection prevention
• 🗣️ Deliver clear, compassionate patient and family education related to respiratory care and treatments
• 📊 Monitor residents’ respiratory status and communicate changes promptly to the care team
• ✅ Ensure all treatments and documentation meet facility policies and clinical standards

Our facility offers a full range of services, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy, and is home to the only Korean nursing unit in Howard County.
