Front Desk Receptionist – Duties & Responsibilities:
🤝 Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
🧊 Stay calm and handle emergencies quickly and effectively
🗂️ Perform administrative tasks as assigned, keeping the front desk organized
😷 Ensure proper COVID-19 protocols are followed for residents, guests, and staff
📞 Answer phones, direct calls, and provide information to visitors as needed
💼 Maintain a professional, approachable presence at all times
