Key Responsibilities

• 🛠️ Complete work orders and repair requests in a timely and efficient manner
• 🔄 Perform routine preventive maintenance inside and outside the building
• 👷 Oversee and coordinate work performed by outside contractors as needed
• 🏢 Support overall facility upkeep to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
