Join the Lorien Encore team as a Dietary Aide and play an important role in supporting resident health and satisfaction through quality meal service.

Pay Rate

  • $16.00 per hour
  • ✅ Same Day Pay available for all employees

Full-Time Benefits

  • PTO: 80 hours vacation + 40 hours sick time (rollover available)

Responsibilities

  • High School diploma or GED, a plus 
  • Must be at least 17 years old 
  • Integrity and a strong work ethic 
  • Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and the willingness to help where and when it is needed
