Competitive Pay

  • $31 – $44/hour (based on experience

  • Same Day Pay for all Employees!

  • PTO: 80 hours vacation + 40 hours sick time (rollover available)

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Assess, monitor, and document residents’ conditions and responses to care
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies, and quality standards

Qualifications

Schedule & Availability

  • Full Time, Part-Time, and PRN Hours

  • Evenings and Nights 

  • Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

Requirements

  • Maryland RN license, valid and in good standing
  • BLS certification required 
  • Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
  • Commitment to resident‑centered, high‑quality care
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
