What You’ll Do:
Receptionists are the first point of contact for our community. Your role ensures that residents, guests, and staff feel welcomed, supported, and safe. Key responsibilities include:
Greet and welcome guests, residents, and vendors with a warm and friendly attitude
Remain calm and composed while handling emergencies efficiently and effectively
Perform administrative tasks as assigned, including answering phones, managing schedules, and maintaining records
Ensure proper adherence to COVID protocols and safety guidelines for all guests and employees
Assist staff and management with day-to-day front desk operations as needed
