Responsibilities

Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) are responsible for safely administering medications to residents in accordance with physician orders, established policies and procedures, and the direction of the Director of Nursing. They monitor residents for medication effectiveness and adverse reactions, accurately document medication administration, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.

 

Qualifications

 

Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.

 

  • Full & Part Time Hours
  • Schedule: Days, Evenings  
  • Every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Maryland CMA license
  • Maryland GNA license

Our facility includes skilled nursing, rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, as well as the only Korean nursing unit in Howard County with 215 beds total, 5 nursing units.
