Compensation

  • $16.00 – $16.50 per hour (based on experience)

  • Same Day Pay for all employees

Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and team members, the Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the daily operations of the community.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Welcome and assist residents, families, visitors, vendors, and guests as they enter the community.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor at all times.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls appropriately, take messages, and provide information as needed.
  • Support front office operations by performing administrative and clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient reception area.
  • Monitor visitor access and ensure all sign-in procedures are followed.
  • Assist with resident, visitor, and staff inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Remain calm and respond effectively during emergency situations, following established policies and procedures.
  • Ensure infection prevention, health, safety, and community protocols are followed by residents, visitors, and staff.
  • Collaborate with department leaders and team members to support daily community operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
 

 

Qualifications

  • Part-Time- Every Other Weekend 
  • Schedule: 7a-3p
  • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation
