Lorien Bel Air is seeking an energetic, creative, and compassionate Activities Assistant to help bring excitement, connection, and purpose to the lives of our residents. Whether you're leading a game, helping with a special event, assisting with crafts, or simply sharing laughter and conversation, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences every day.

Competitive Pay

  • $15.00 per hour
  • Same-Day Pay for all Employees!

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and leading group and individual activities
  • Support recreational programs that promote social engagement and well-being
  • Encourage resident participation in daily events and special activities
  • Help create a positive, fun, and supportive community environment
  • Work collaboratively with the activities and care team

Qualifications

 

What We're Looking For
  • Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for planning fun and engaging activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with seniors is helpful but not required
  • Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

 

Schedule & Availability

  • Full-Time Hour
  • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM 
  • Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
