Overview

 

Lorien Mount Airy is looking to hire a Housekeeping Porter/Floor Tech to join our existing cleaning staff.

 

As a Lorien team member, you are a vital part of our Environmental Services team, providing daily care to our building all while making sure our residents live in an clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily floor care services
  • Clean common areas- bathrooms, lobby, and additional shared spaces
  • Gather and take out garbage
  • Restock supplies and put away inventory orders
  • Utilize equipment to scrub and polish flooring, as well as shampoo carpets
  • Adhere to strict safety & health requirements
  • Trash collection

Qualifications

Full Time, Part-Time, PRN

Schedule:7a-3:30p

Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)

Must be 18 years or older 

Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accomodation.
